Well, I do! I have been held up in my creative cave banging out a couple of long term projects that I really had to finish.... you know, time lines and deadlines! The first is a needlepoint I started back in Jan for some dear people I love. Its their 25 wedding anniversary and that deserves something special! So here is the needlepoint that will go off to the frame store tomorrow!!! I can't wait to see if all done and to see their faces when they unwrap it!
Next up on the project front is SOCKS!!! Knitted socks that is! Yes, I have always secretly wanted to learn how to make these little darlings so I took the plunge! Imagine my surprise when my first sock fit like a glove! It was practically perfect in every way! I can't wait until fall when I can wear all my fluffy wonderfully soft and warm knitted socks!!
Oh, please pardon the Stitch N B*itch book! It really is a great guide to learning to knit... just a bit interesting title!
For my next project... well, some layouts for Jillibean Soup! Then, making a skirt by Amy Bulter, oh, and don't forget more socks!! Can't have the left food jealous of the right, now can we? ;)
